As solar energy continues to grow and evolve, so do the incentive programs to make the switch. The Successor Solar Incentive (SuSI) has added new ways to save with solar in the state of New Jersey.

Here’s how you can save with the program:

1. The Administratively Determined Incentive

Starting with the ADI, this new incentive program rewards various values depending on the solar project. Whether it’s a residential home or commercial building, there’s a value for it. This program launched in August 2021.

2. The Competitive Solar Incentive

Focused on large-scale projects, a CSI is focused on grid supply and industrial solar. Qualifying panels must supply over five megawatts of power. This program is expected to launch in 2022.

These solar programs are aimed to bring New Jersey one step closer into the growing solar world. For specific breakdowns, visit the New Jersey Solar Factsheet.
